January 3, 2009: Hippo Mural

The 2008 archives have been deleted. Ring out the old bells and all that nonesense. Eric Asked me if I could remember the first word I said this year. Turns out we said the same first word. Turns out I cannot repeat it here.

I had three weeks of winter break and I did what any normal college student does: I painted a mural. Eric drew four comic pages in two weeks (you'll see the rest next week) and Gene played guitar and beat Contra. From what I could see, learning to beat Contra was a very similar process to grieving. If anything, more weeping.
