BabybeeBooks News January February March April May June July August
I missed an update. I am nothing. I'm less than nothing. In other news, I miss when witches were evil.
I saw something nasty in the woodshed.
I woke up with a distinct urge to draw monsters. To be precise, Fishmen and giant Bulbasaurs.
Halfway through inking I burst out laughing because I realized my plot had led me to draw the Red Skull from Captain America in a wig.
Oh, heavens. I never know in a page layout like this which panel the reader will read last. Do they save the bottom right for last? Or do they follow their eye and end in the middle of the page? I suppose it's something I'll die without understanding, like general relativity or why ice floats in water (to get closer to the sun, as Calvin's father suggested?)
If you hover over the four images on the mainpage they now switch to different images! Yay! This took all afternoon! Depending on your browser, it won't work unless you allow this site to run java on you. I'll have my little sister (embarrassingly the only one who actually can write HTML) fix that later. And here are the last two Midway Comics from my Junior year. Now I have nothing to fall back on for the rest of the summer.
It was midnight and I was frantically trying to finish this page when Levin proposed to Kitty again in the Anna Karenina audiobook I was listening to. It's rather difficult to finish a comic page while crying profusely, but I did it, and managed to typed this out on a rather damp keyboard.
I've changed all the Boswell scores from TIF's to PDF's because I heard from a few people that the TIF's were hard to open. "Heebie Jeebies" has some new edits and "Roll On, Mississippi, Roll On" is coming soon. I've also added four performances by Fama Mamas to demonstrate the songs: Coffee in the Morning, Nothing is Sweeter than You, Sentimental Gentleman and Gee, But I'd like to make you happy. Bozz on, bretherin. Bozz on.
Page 6 is up. I'll try to get these done earlier in the day for your sake and mine.
After four months of a Hippo tangent, we're back to Medea's Medicine. I'll keep at it until another Hippo-related idea tickles my cerebellum.
I didn't make a real update today. Link had three days to stop the moon from crashin into Clock Town and somehow I thought it would be rude if I didn't work as hard as he did for three days. Here's a Miday thing. I'll return to Medea's Medicine on Friday and I'll be fixing those small problems in Hippo's Odyssey eventually. |
