Midway Comics, Year 3, Page 3

There was an article about the city amping up regulations for teen driving. I shouted up to Sally, "what's something funny that I could do instead of learning to drive?" and she shouted down, "shave every cat in Hyde Park!" I laughed and put the pencil to the paper but was confused. "How do you shave a cat?" I asked. "Against the grain!"

My first anything made with a Wacom tablet, so the art is terrible. The Midway asked me for a title and I responded with "Calls from the Fire Swamp." Little did I know I was titling every subsequent strip and no one would let me change it so... ew.

Lab School is very "I will kill anyone who does not agree with my views of peace" liberal. The second panel is an homage to David's Coronation of Napoleon. The first panel is Kent Brockman. Please note that this was made in September, before the election got hilarious.
